“We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and very clean, with a really comfortable and well-presented superior double room. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we’d like to give a special shout-out to the cleaner on the 4th floor, who was particularly lovely and always greeted us with a smile. We really enjoyed the rooftop area, especially the pool and bar – a great place to relax after a day exploring the city. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the beach and equally close to the main centre of Alicante, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be to include breakfast in the price, as this would make the stay even better value. Overall, a brilliant hotel in a perfect location – we would definitely stay here again.”

“I nice hotel in a great location the young man and girl at reception were very good but the guy later in the day didn’t seem to know how to smile or communicate. The room was nice and clean and was fine for our 3 night stay ( some loud people one night having an argument not the hotels fault) breakfast was good staff at breakfast were fine. “This is NOT a 4 star hotel- not in the slightest. I booked a superior double room thru Amex Travel. When we arrived we were greeted with a nice smile and intent to serve but it quickly went down hill from there. During check in, the front desk assigned me a standard room without the breakfast. I noted that I booked a superior room and had breakfast and the desk said that was all they had and there was nothing they would do. I contacted Amex and they contacted the hotel to only get a “sorry”. Amex is working to correct it but I will likely be filing a charge back- I booked this over 3 months ago. The desk said there was nothing they could do and offered no assistance despite being shown my reservation. I smiled throughout this entire greeting despite being very upset. This was our anniversary- they ruined it. Also, in my reservation, I requested a quiet room as I have PTSD and massive difficulty staying asleep let alone falling asleep. This was noted during reservation and acknowledged on check in. However- We were given the exact opposite. A room on the 6th floor directly below the top deck bar area- chairs sliding and thumping around all night isn’t quiet. Nor is the work that started above us at 7 am EVERY MORNING. The beds were hard, and likely vinyl covered. The room is extremely small and offers room for only one suitcase. The only amenity on this 4 star room was some hair and body wash. There isn’t even a light in the shower, so we tried to enjoy showering in the dark. The bottom seal of the shower was non existent, so water pooled on the floor outside the shower because the drain didn’t work- and the drain cover was just sitting in place; a guest could easily get their foot caught in the large hole. The only thing that worked was the AC. We don’t recommend this hotel and will never stay again. This is not a 4 star hotel and should be corrected to a fancy 2 star Hostel at best. Avoid this place- book somewhere else and get better service, better rooms and likely a much better price.”
